360 Orchard Tours & Seasonal Updates

We’ve expanded the internal 360 Orchard Tour platform so MFM staff can see what’s happening across orchards — not just the farm you work on day to day.

This platform brings together visual updates, seasonal context and on-ground detail from across the business.

What’s on the platform

Using the farm dropdown menu, you can access:

  • 360° orchard tours showing blocks, access lanes, rows, canopies, irrigation and orchard floors
  • Seasonal newsletters (Autumn, Winter, Spring/Summer)
  • Orchard walk videos filmed with managers and operators
  • Drone flights showing orchard progress from above
  • Photo galleries from orchard managers
  • Notes on irrigation, composting, planting, pruning and floor work
  • Block-by-block visuals of young and mature orchards over time

Together, this helps build a shared understanding of orchard standards, seasonal timing, weather impacts and operational priorities.

How this can be used

Learning
See how different orchards are managed and how seasonal work varies across regions.

Training
Useful for new starters to get a visual overview of MFM orchards beyond their starting farm.

Awareness
Stay connected to progress, challenges and seasonal conditions across all farm groups.

Pride
The platform reflects the work done every day by orchard teams and support staff across MFM.

Looking ahead

In 2026, we’ll continue to:

  • Add seasonal newsletters
  • Capture more 360 images across more farms
  • Include additional orchard walks and drone flights
  • Build a stronger visual archive for each orchard
  • Use the platform more in onboarding and training
  • Improve navigation and expand manager galleries

The goal is simple:
If you work at MFM, you should be able to see what’s happening across MFM orchards at any time.
